Affiliate Links

What is Affiliate Linking?
When using the Driveit Shop E-Commerce module, you can increase your site traffic by using DriveIt Affiliate Link Sharing.  All you have to do is have your website linked to from other websites, also known as cross-linking. You provide your site banners/links and other companies (affiliates) will place them on their site, and in return they will provide you with their links and you publish them on your site.

DriveIt Shop will create a unique URL for every affiliate, allowing you to track the traffic generated by this affiliate.  DriveIt Shop will also track the number of orders from each affiliate, the purchase amounts, and the number of click thrus that came in from the affiliate website. When you get into paying for affiliate links, this can come in handy to see that the link is providing value for the initial investment.
