What's New?

Contacts: You can now restore deleted contacts! Previously, if a contact was deleted from your DriveIt database, they could not be added at a later date - but could be restored by the ClickSpace team. Now, you can do it yourself. Click here to learn how this new function works.
 

We have deployed a new feature to Ecommerce that will assist in the ongoing struggle with credit card security. The last of this series. Definitions of many common - and not so common - email terms. The list was so long I had to break it up. 

 How can I speed up the process of getting my contacts imported into driveIt?

 


There are a few important steps to follow when creating a spreadsheet for importing. I find myself spending more and more time formatting spreadsheets sent by clients. This has prompted me to educate our clients on the proper formatting required for importing contacts. This will make the Importing process quicker for us all.

The following requirements should be met when sending a spreadsheet for importing:

  • The Mailing List should first be created within DriveIt
  • The heading fields in the spreadsheet should be in proper format. Click here for the proper headings to use  Please remember that first and last name are separate fields.
  • Sheets 2 and 3 should be deleted and the spreadsheet should be saved in CSV format.
  • email the spreadsheet, along with the Mailing List to be imported to specified, to christina@clickspace.com or imports@clickspace.com
