PACT is a member-driven organization that serves as the collective voice of professional Canadian theatres. On Wednesday November 19, The Honourable Stephen Harper presented his third Speech from the Throne since he was first elected Prime Minister. The Throne Speech laid out the plans and priorities of the government. Already there is a lot of speculation as to how this new government, and new Cabinet, will differ from the last one.
