At Fonorola, he created new pricing plans, launched new services, trained the sales force, realigned the marketing team, doubled booked revenue and increased monthly transaction volume by 40%-- all in less than 1 year!  At AT&T Canada, he launched a new product which generated $5.9 million in the first year – 190% of plan.  He also created a highly innovative marketing campaign generating 340% more leads and 140% more bookings than planned.   And his team grew product revenues from $165 million to $250 million in just two years.
  9. As VP, Product Marketing at Maxlink, a start-up that grew from less than 40 to more than 400 people, Sandy built the Product Marketing team and led the development and launch of Maxlink’s product line. Five months after launch, $3 million in recurring revenue had been sold.
