IF White Rock Presents:
"Body After Baby - Knowing the Facts & Getting it Back"
Sunday, March 11th
12pm-4pm
For all new Moms - IF White Rock welcomes the experts from Diane Lee & Associates Physiotherapy to speak on how to bring your body back after recently having a child.
At the end of this 1-day seminar, course participants will have a better understanding of their own bodies as they recover form and function in the postpartum period.
Postpartum recovery is a unique experience for everyone and the road back to your pre-baby body starts with understanding your own body and how your baby has impacted it. At the end of the seminar, participants will be better able to identify the areas that they need to individually address and determine how best to go about getting their body back.
Cost for the seminar will be $20 and all proceeds will be donated to a local White Rock charity.
To Register - please contact Innovative Fitness at whiterock@innovativefitness.com or by phone (604) 536-1355
