Apple Tarragon Vinaigrette

Fruity, flavourful and lower in fat than classic vinaigrette.

Yield: 2cups/500 ml

1 cup

applesauce

250 ml

½ cup

vegetable oil

125 ml

½ cup

apple cider vinegar

125 ml

1 tbsp

tarragon

15 ml

½ tsp

salt

3 ml

¼ tsp

black pepper

1 ml


Instructions:

1.      Combine all ingredients and allow 30 minutes for flavours to combine before using.

        This dressing will keep about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
