INGREDIENTS/INSTRUCTIONS
This is one of the simplest recipes I have! All you need is 25% salmon and 75% bass!
Cut a desired amount of bass (let’s say 6 ounces). Top the bass with a thin slice of salmon (let’s say 2 ounces) voila your done!
Ok there are a couple of more steps!
Line a baking sheet (cookie sheet) with some parchment paper. Heat your oven at 375 degrees. Put your bass-salmon creations (Napoleons) onto the baking sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
You can serve this by simply drizzling the fish with some freshly squeezed organic lemon or lime juice, or if you’re feeling adventurous you can always serve it with some beurre blanc or maybe even a mango relish.
