Terms and Conditions Agreement:

Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) is the exclusive licensee of those images accessed through this site. TOTA is willing to sub-license the right to use the images, provided the following conditions are adhered to:

Please note that TOTA images are for use only in free promotional materials such as print advertising, websites, corporate presentations and brochures that promote accommodations, activities, attractions, services and tours in the Thompson Okanagan region. These images are the property of TOTA and may not be used for any merchandising or retailing purpose, placed on any item for resale.

Images are available to TOTA members, media, travel trade and meeting planners. Requests must be approved by TOTA. We reserve the right to deny your request if it does meet the above criteria.

Photo credit must be provided for each image to TOTA AND the photographer when available. Images will be provided in a digital format.

Indemnity:

In the event that the Sub-Licensee uses the images other than as specifically authorized by this Agreement (the "Breach") the Sub-Licensee shall indemnify and save harmless TOTA from any and all claims, including any loss, damage or expense TOTA may suffer, in respect of or resulting from the Breach.
