Confirmation of Web Site orders
Once we have received your completed order and encrypted credit card information via our online ordering system we will respond with an e-mail confirmation and a purchase order number for your order. This will confirm the specific products you have ordered and detail any special information that may apply to your order and let you know if there may be any unforseen delays in fulfillment. As our soap is made by hand, there may be the occasional delay in shipping.
Shipping
When shipping orders to out-of-town customers via our web site we will ship within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We will be checking for orders daily and will endeavor to have your order on its way in the quickest possible time. Shipping will be fulfilled by Canada Post. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon the distance traveled and time of year. Most orders should reach their destination between 4 - 10 days of being shipped. If you become concerned about your order please give us a call after a reasonable amount of time has passed and we will trace your order for you.
