You deliver or courier the package of documents to the Calgary office located at 1C, 1640 16th Avenue NW. We will inform you of any documents that are required that were not provided and allow time for you to obtain them.

We typicaly require 5 days to complete a thorough review. We do everything possible to have the report to you at least 8 hours before your condition is due, or earlier.

Alberta Costs: $306.00 club members, $340.00 non- members

Once completed, the summary is emailed or faxed to you. Save $10.00 when you provide us with copies of the documents and you keep the original for your personal reference.

Alberta - $315.00 members, $350.00 non- members

Once completed, the summary is emailed or faxed to you and the original documents you provided are placed in a binder. You will be called to arrange for pick-up or courier (courier charges apply).

In either case the contact infromation for the Consultant who reviews the documents will be provided to enable you to have any questions answered after receiving the written report and summary. Due to privacy laws in Albeta we require your concent to distribute the report to any third party. If you would like a third party to be on the call when you speak with the Consultant, please be sure to have the concent form into our office in advance of the call.
