School Performance Booking Procedure: 1. Call the ticket Office (403) 221-3708 or EMAIL HERE to book your students
2. Once a booking is made, an invoice will be mailed to your school
3. The invoice must be returned to the Ticket Office with a 50% non-refundable deposit within 21 days. (Book before the deadline and no deposit is required!)
Refund Policy: All booked tickets must be paid for in advance of the performance, except for those booking made BEFORE JUNE 1, 2006. Refunds will not be given for unused tickets. Vertigo Theatre Society appreciates that there are times when students cannot attend peformances. However, as a not-for-profit charitable organization, we cannot absorb the loss of revenue resulting from refunding prepaid tickets.
Transference: Unused tickets may be transferred to another weekday school performance of the same production if space is available. However, please be aware that tickets are not transferable to other productions.
