Product Development Manager
Are you passionate about natural products? Do you have a keen interest in aromatherapy
and/or herbology? Do you love the idea of seeing a product spring from a simple idea and
managing it through the development process until it finally appears on a shelf in our retail
stores? If so, we have the best job ever.
If you like juggling lots of balls then the you’ll love this job as you’d be responsible for all
our product development activities such as creating new feature soaps through to attending
packaging trade shows.
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Develop project concepts and recipes
• Identify and recommend packaging options
• Educate and train our sales teams in product knowledge

Production Supervisor

Graphic Designer
Are you passionate about design and working in a dynamic team-based environment? Our
little company is growing fast and we’re looking for a professional who is fun, open-minded,
and excited by the thought of building our brand through design projects such as that cover
all aspects of our visual communication including branding, advertising, product and gift set
packaging, and website graphics.
Key Responsibilities:
• To implement all aspects of our visual communication including; packaging, marketing
and web while maintaining the guidelines of our established brand.
• Work with print suppliers to find best quality and cost for all printed materials.
• Archive and implement a tracking process for all design projects
• Maintain a Mac work station with design related software: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop,
Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Taking projects from concept to implementation
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication Design with 1-3 years of related
experience.
• Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience preparing files for print and excellent knowledge of pre-press.
• Previous experience with marketing and/or packaging preferred.
