RNR Tools Warranty:

POLICY ON “WARRANTY” CLAIMS

REMS Tools are for the professional trade and are warranted against failure due to defect in the workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of purchased.

Credit will apply only if tool is proven to be defective, and still under warranty.

Failures due to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, inferior pipe material, and lack of knowledge are NOT COVERED by this warranty.

All warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement. Repair or replacement will be issued when it has been determined that the tool is defective.

All warranty claims are between the End User and RNR Tools Ltd./Repair Depots and are to be returned to our Head Office/Repair Depot for verification of problem.

RNR Tools Ltd. will not accept Debit notes from wholesalers or rental companies.

Tools returned must be freight prepaid.

If warranty applies, tool will be returned freight prepaid.

Copy of original “Bill of Sale” must accompany return. Warranty period is 365 days from date of purchase.

The returned tool must come with written description of the problem.

Service Depots must bring all warranty claims to our attention prior to proceeding with repair.
